Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of strixbox.com, the StrixBox API, and the StrixBox for Google Maps Reviews WordPress plugin (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

StrixBox provides tools to display Google Maps reviews on WordPress sites via our API. The free plugin and optional Pro features are provided “as is” within the limits of each plan.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Google’s terms for Maps / Places data.
• Do not abuse API limits, attempt unauthorized access, or redistribute proprietary Pro components without a license.
• You are responsible for how reviews are displayed on your site and for obtaining any rights required for your use case.

3. Accounts & licenses

Pro licenses are bound to the site URL(s) specified at purchase. Sharing, reselling, or using a license beyond its scope is not permitted. We may suspend access for abuse or non-payment.

4. Third-party services

Review data is sourced through Google. Your use of Google-origin data is also subject to Google Terms of Service.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrixBox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
